HERE | New Era is a monumental contemporary steel and enamel sculpture by Santi Flores, created in 2026 as part of the HERE series.

The raised hand, a defining gesture in the series, becomes a declaration of presence, identity and the desire to be seen. The contrast between red and black intensifies the sculpture's upward movement and reinforces its strong relationship with the surrounding space.

At 290 cm high, New Era has an architectural presence suited to large interiors, exhibition spaces and public-facing environments.

Detailed description: HERE | Red & Black is a sculptural statement of presence, charged with intensity.

Part of the HERE series, this edition amplifies the symbolic gesture of emergence through a powerful chromatic contrast. Red and black intersect across the steel surface, creating a visual tension that reflects emotional confrontation: strength against resistance, identity against darkness.

The elongated figure stretches upward in a decisive vertical gesture. The raised hand becomes a statement—not a silent or introspective one, but an assertive one. The lower, more stable stance reinforces stability, while the upward extension communicates ambition, progress, and visibility.

The red enamel introduces vitality, urgency, and human pulse. The black adds weight, depth, and structural authority. Together, they transform the industrial steel form into a dynamic visual narrative of resilience.

Light interacts sharply with the contrasting surfaces, intensifying depth and movement. The sculpture does not merely exist; it asserts itself.

HERE | Red & Black embodies confrontation, emergence, and the uninhibited act of saying: I am here.
