ORGANIC | Classic IV begins where language falls away.

During a week of isolation in a Madrid gallery in 2026 — without a phone, internet or contact with the outside world — Santi Flores allowed two visual languages to emerge at once. At the top of the work, repeated squares turn inward with an almost obsessive logic. Below, steel twists, crosses and knots into a freer, more instinctive gesture.

Classic IV becomes a conversation between the mind that organises and the hand that feels: structure and intuition, repetition and release. Neither dominates; both are necessary.

The sculpture also creates a second work through its shadow. As the light changes, the wall behind it becomes another plane where the composition is redrawn at a different scale and intensity.

Unique work. Certificate of authenticity included.
