SOLITUD | London is a large-format wall artwork by Santi Flores exploring urban density, human presence and the psychological intensity of the contemporary city.

Its layered composition and strong chromatic contrasts create a visually dense field in which individual elements appear to coexist within a larger collective structure. The horizontal scale gives the work an architectural presence suited to spacious contemporary interiors, corporate settings and private collections.

London is part of the SOLITUD series, a body of work centred on the tension between individuality and collective life.

Detailed description: Solitude – London confronts the viewer with the overwhelming density of contemporary urban existence.

In this work, figures multiply and overlap across the entire surface. There is no architectural respite, no visible horizon, only accumulation. Fields of red and black tones saturate the composition, creating a vibrant atmosphere of intensity and pressure.

Simplified human silhouettes intertwine and dissolve, suggesting proximity without intimacy. The visual noise reflects the psychological condition of metropolitan life: constant connection, constant presence, but persistent isolation.

Unlike other pieces in the SOLITUDE series that rely on perspective or structural separation, Solitude – London compresses space. The crowd becomes the structure. The environment becomes indistinguishable from the individuals who inhabit it.

Created in rolled steel and enamel, with spatial separation from the wall, the sculpture projects subtle shadows that deepen the sense of dimensional layering. The work exists between image and object, between chaos and composition.

Solitude – London is not a representation of loneliness: it is an immersion in collective saturation.
