SOLITUD | Skyline I is the most expansive and architectural expression of Santi Flores's SOLITUD series.

The work is conceived as a modular skyline made from six independent 3 mm steel elements. Each section can be rearranged to respond to the architecture of the space, creating a different relationship between the figures, structures and surrounding wall.

Every element belongs to the collective composition while retaining its own identity — a visual reflection on individuality within the crowd. Installed approximately 3 cm from the wall, the sculpture casts shadows that extend its depth and make light an active part of the work.

The anchoring system is designed for a secure and versatile installation, allowing the mural to adapt to different architectural settings.

Detailed description: SOLITUDE | Skyline I represents the most expansive and architecturally complex expression within the Solitude series. The composition unfolds as a modular horizon, a structured gathering of figures inhabiting interlocking geometric platforms that evoke an urban environment suspended in space.

The work reflects on the tension between individuality and coexistence. Each figure maintains its own gesture, posture, and identity, yet participates in a dynamic collective system. Repetition establishes order; variation introduces humanity. The mural becomes a visual meditation on shared space: how proximity does not erase individuality, but rather defines it.

Composed of six 3 mm-thick steel elements, the installation is finished with synthetic enamel in multiple shades. Some components overlap, visually reinforcing the delicate balance between closeness and isolation that defines contemporary social structures.

Mounted 3 cm from the wall, the sculpture projects overlapping shadows that extend the composition beyond its physical boundaries. Light becomes an active sculptural element, amplifying the depth and intensifying the perception of a crowd extending into space.

The anchoring system has been designed for a secure, efficient, and straightforward wall installation.
