       Fourteen oversized sculptures with raised hands will provide a warm welcome to New Yorkers and  visitors as part  of the  Garment District  Alliance’s  latest public art exhibit.  

       ¨Here¨ Created by artist Santi Flores,  symbolizes unity,  diversity and individuality,  and  will be dedicated to all New Yorkers and visitors passing through the neighborhood.
